A Real Good Revolution
I have to admit, sticking to a keto diet isn't always fun when it comes to meal prepping and variety. Yes, most days I'm all into my low-carb chopped salads, but other days I just want to feel like a normal, stressed out 22 year old New Yorker and binge eat some pizza on a Friday night. Luckily Real Good Foods came up with some real good ways to help me balance my nutrition goals and personal level of sanity.

Real Good Foods has ingeniously created meals that make cutting out carbs less of an eye roller and way more of a good time. Unlike the other sugar-packed items in the frozen food aisle, Real Good Foods has developed a way to let us crazy carb counting freaks feel comfortable and confident while chowing down on packaged microwavable pizzas and cheese filled chicken nuggets that bring me back to my carefree, kindergarten bagel bite days.
How they do this? Real Good Foods uses antibiotic free chicken breasts, egg, cauliflower, and parmesan cheese in place of flour, corn, and rice to create their crusts and tortillas - making them as guilt-free as they are delicious. There are plenty of keto recipes on pinterest and other blogs that show us ways to make crusts and shells at home, but why waste your bachelor binging time kneading dough or steaming cauliflower when you can have an effortless margarita pizza in 10-12 minutes?

Product Review
Real Good Foods has a handful of yummy creations to save your time and satisfy your cravings. From movie snacks like white cheddar jalapeño poppers to protein packed personal pizzas, Real Good Foods presents customers with a real good variety. Although I haven't had the pleasure of trying all of the products, I have tasted quite a few of their recipes and am truly mind blown by how pizzas and enchiladas with less than 4 net carbs could taste so damn delightful.

Real Good Foods sent me some of their mouthwatering pepperoni pizzas and pork enchiladas and have gotten me totally hooked. Because I had tried the pizzas once or twice before, I was aware that the meals were low-carb and keto friendly. What I never took note of was how low-calorie the meals were! At only 270 calories for a personal pizza and 190 for two pork enchiladas - these meals aren't only real good for staying in ketosis, they're also real good for loosing weight in general. Keto or not, it's crucial to be at a calorie deficit to loose weight. Therefore, Real Good Foods are perfect meals for literally anyone that's trying to shed some skin, carbfree or not.
