Everyone loves a cobb salad (everyone with taste buds that is), yet with all the bacon and heavy dressing it's more of a meal and less of a side dish.
Because of this reason, I wanted to develop a lighter, more refreshing spin on my all-time-favorite salad. This can be used as a side dish for the holidays and looks just as beautiful as it tastes! It's also totally low carb while still being a bit sweet, therefore it's perfect for everyone!

Ingredients:
- Chopped Romane Lettuce
- Baby Spinach
- Avocado
- Blackberries
- Rasperries
- Chopped Pecans
- Goat or Feta Cheese
- Hard Boiled Egg
- Toasted Coconut Flakes
Dressing: Keep it simple!
- Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- Pink Himalayan salt
- Dash of Stevia
