Bloat Banishing Charcoal Lemonade

Sometimes, either in the middle of the day, when I wake up, or even before bed, I feel the need for something a bit extra.


Why?

- im genuinely bored

- salt or sugar cravings

- I feel like treatin myself


So I got to thinking, wouldn't it be great to have something that could solve these problems AND more? Well I developed the perfect anytime lemonade that CAN. It also can:


- be consumed while fasting (it's zero calories)

- diminish bloating

- help gain back electrolytes

- kick start rebuilding gut tissue

- kill salt and sugar cravings

- aid digestion issues

- even out stomach ph levels

- help with circulation

- is 100% keto, vegan, and gluten free


How can one homemade beverage do all these things? Every ingredient I included in the recipe with it's nutritional power and taste in mind, in order to create a concoction that was super good for me to over indulge in but also super delicious and sastifying.



So what's in my lemonade and why?

1. 2.5 tablespoons of ACV

Why?

- aiding digestion

- killing cravings

- even out acid levels


Why?

- banish bloat

- flush out harmful toxins from pollution, alcohol, ect

- beat constipation


3. One can La Croix Lemon

Why?

- Beat sugar cravings

- Rehydrate in a more bubbly and fun way than plain water (literally)

- Carbonation cravings (way better than having a soda)


4. Pink Himalayan Salt

Why?

- Replenish electrotyes

- Beat salt AND sugar cravings (our brains often confuse salt cravings with cravings for sugar)

- Help with rehydration and keto flu


5. 1 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice (a combo of ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and allspice)

Why?

- Helps with blood circulation and sugar cravings

- Helps with digestion

- Powerful antioxidants and detoxifiers


6. Sliced Lemon

Why?

- Even out stomach acid levels

- Revs up metabolism

- Helps clear skin

- Reduces stress
