Whether you're a Rose, Chardonnay, or Cabernet all day kinda girl, FitVine, a California based healthy wine company, has got your back (and your waistline). FitVine uses grapes from small, local farmers and puts them through a malolactic, dry fermentation process that greatly reduces the wine's acidity and sugar levels. After this process, the only sugar found in FitVine are natural sugars from the grapes themselves - about 0.2g per 5oz glass. Although low-carb, this wine does not sacrifice taste. FitVine's quality sugar-free ingredients leave you feeling satisfied, slim, and more sane the morning after.

As if being a successful actress and swimsuit model wasn't already making the rest of us look bad, Christie Brinkley took it a notch further and decided to launch a line of healthy, low sugar sparkling wines knowing women that both love and loathe her couldn't resist. The line has three organically produced sparkling wines including one that is ZERO sugar - allowing drinkers to feel bubbly without looking so. How did she (the people that work for her) do it? "By leaving our organic Glera grapes in autoclave for 7 months, we achieve a fresh sparkling wine with zero sugars or artificial flavors. Perfectly balanced and pleasantly acidic, it is velvety and dry, with hints of white flowers and grapefruit." AKA this stuff is delicious, not-not nutritious, and pairs "beautifully with oysters, caviar, raw fish" and from my understanding the keto diet.
Skinnygirl Wine
We all owe a big thank you to 2011 Bethenny Frankel for the infamous development of her ready-to-serve cocktail line that won't expand your waistline. But I (and the company that bought out my girl Beth) have come to terms with the harsh reality of adulting and have learned breaking out the hard alcohol isn't always the appropriate or smart decision. Skinnygirl's award winning wines are all 100 calories per serving - which is only 10-50 calories less than most non-diet wines. But if you're trying to watch your sugar intake choosing Skinnygirl won't spike your insulin levels as much so it may be worth it to hunt down a bottle. In my experience it's also the cheapest and easiest to track down wine line on the list.
